How to price your property.

It is important to set the right price for your house based on current market conditions.  Nancy will prepare a comprehensive Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) for your home showing you what comparable properties are selling for in your neighborhood.  You are ultimately responsible for picking the right price, but Nancy can help you understand the market conditions and the competition.  Nancy will never attempt to "Buy your listing" by telling you that you can get an unrealistically high price.

"You need to think of your house as a marketable commodity. Property. Real estate. Your goal is to get others to see it as their potential home, not yours. If you do not consciously make this decision, you can inadvertently create a situation where it takes longer to sell your property.  You also need to remember that it does not matter what you paid for the house, or how much you have put into it.  The only thing that matters is what your house is worth compared to other similar properties on the market."
