Why Choose a CRS?
A Certified Residential Specialist
is a REALTOR® who has earned
a certification from the Council
of Residential Specialists by
completing rigorous courses
of advanced training and by
meeting significant experience requirements.
Just 5% of all REALTORS® in the
U.S. can call themselves Certified Residential Specialists. That’s because just 1 in 20 has the extensive experience, commitment and advanced training necessary to earn this designation.
If you’re serious about buying or selling your home: Get serious. Get a CRS.
A Certified Residential Specialist has:

Education in areas such as finance, technology, and marketing, ensures that your
Certified Residential Specialist is able to make your home purchase or sale a
success in every way.
Technological expertise. You can count on your Certified Residential Specialist
not just to understand technology, but to use it to your advantage during your
