With over 20 years of experience successfully selling real estate, Nancy has the kind of expertise to handle the most complicated real estate transactions. As a broker in the Summit County area since 1989, Nancy has become the local expert at putting together smooth, trouble-free transactions - and lots of them!

Commitment

To do an even better job for her clients and to stay ahead in a very competitive field, Nancy continues to attend real estate seminars and classes. She holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business Administration from Regis University in Denver.

Putting together a real estate deal requires the coordination and cooperation of numerous service providers. Nancy devotes her full-time effort working for her clients to make sure that all the pieces come together. Clients can always reach her easily and can count on a quick, helpful response.

CRS - Certified Residential Specialist is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. Since 1977 the Council of Residential Specialists has been conferring the CRS Designation on agents who meet its stringent requirements. Currently, there are more than 34,000 active CRS Designees.

 

Profile of a CRS Designee

Experience: To earn the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation, every REALTOR® must have significant experience and volume of real estate transactions.

Ethics:Every CRS Designee is required to maintain membership in the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® and to abide by its strict Code of Ethics. (Link to http://www.realtors.org)

Focus on Home Buying and Selling: Every CRS Designee must have a proven track record as well as advanced education in related areas such as finance and marketing.

Technology Expertise: The training available to CRS Designees includes a strong focus on technology and its applications in the real estate business.

The Top 5 Percent: Only 5 percent of all licensed REALTORS® are Certified Residential Specialists, yet they are involved in 25 percent of residential real estate transactions nationwide.


ABR -- The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYERS AGENT Council (REBAC) of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® who met the specified educational and practical experience criteria.

The criteria are:

Completed the comprehensive two-day REBAC course in buyer representation

Successfully passed a written examination

Demonstrated a practical experience of having completed five closed real estate transactions in the field of buyer representation.

Received recommendations from two of the real estate practitioners buyer clients.

Be a member in good standing with the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®


GRI -- Graduate, Realtor Institute is a professional designation for those who have graduated from the Realtor Institute, also associated with the National Association of Realtors. REALTORS with this designation have completed a comprehensive education program in residential real estate.

GRI, which stands for Graduate, REALTOR® Institute, is a nationally recognized professional real estate designation

The GRI designation is a real estate industry designation similar to various industry designations such as CPA, CSEO, CLU and CFP.

The GRI designation is considered the nation’s number one real estate designation

This designation may only be earned after successfully completing a rigorous educational program. This program requires 92 hours of live course instruction from a statewide faculty selected because of extensive experience in their own areas of expertise

This designation is available only to members of the local, state and National Association of REALTORS®

GRI is recognized nationwide as the standard for real estate professionalism and knowledge

The GRI designation is granted through the California Association of REALTORS® whose courses of study meet the standards established by the National Association of REALTORS®


CLHMS - Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist

The Institute is a membership organization targeting real estate sales agents who work in the upper-tier residential market around the world (for our purposes, upper tier is the top ten percent of  market sales as defined by price range). The Institute offers training in luxury home marketing and awards an international designation to agents who meet performance standards in the upper tier market.  The Institute promotes its members to affluent homebuyers and sellers.  The Institute also conducts research in the luxury market.
