  • Your home will get additional exposure through the REALTOR.com@ Marketing System's Web Site Partnership Program.  This program automatically links property listings from the real estate sections of the most popular online destinations including America Online, Net Zero, Juno the Wall Street Journal, and other major Real Estate search portals.
• Submit to the Summit County Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
• Submit copies of your listing to our company sales staff for their potential buyers
• Tour your home with our professional sales team
• Develop a Home Brochure, which includes a list of features and benefits of your home and condo.
• Place a for sale sign on your property
• Install an electronic lock box
• Provide a brochure box on your home or on the sign (and keep it filled).
• Suggest and advise you as to any changes you might want to make in your property to make it even more marketable to the buyer, prior to marketing your property
• Updates will be given to you as to any changes in current market conditions
• Conduct a broker’s open house.
• Advertise in, Mountain Homes Illustrated, the Real Estate Book, and local and regional newspapers.
• Pre-qualify when possible all prospective buyers.
• Call brokers for feed back on showings.
• Follow up on showings for feed back. 
• Assist the buyer with financing options.
• Deliver copies of all advertisements that have been published
• Deliver copies of the multiple listing for your approval
• Present all contracts and terms on your home
• Handle all the follow up and keep you informed after the contract has been accepted on all closing procedures.
